Critical thinking

I had a pretty significant reading assignment I had to complete for a class on Monday. It was all about critical thinking - what critical thinking is, pros and cons, why people think the way they do, etc. I'm thankful the reading was interesting. And I'm thankful for the abilities I have in critical thinking. One of the things I read said that critical thinking skills can be taught. When I read that, I automatically thought about all the efforts my dad made to teach me critical thinking skills. He made me read articles, watch videos, and taught me personally. I'm thankful for his efforts. I was not the most receptive, but I'm thankful he pushed it anyway. Obviously I learned a great from him!
