A heart to heart with my boss

There's been a few situations at work lately that have really been weighing me down. Today I finally decided to chat with my boss and lay it all out on the table. I'm thankful for the way he received the info I shared. And I'm so thankful for the feeling of relief that came when the weight of that info was lifted!
