Salsa

I caught the canning bug. In the past week, I've helped can salsa and peaches. There's something so satisfying about it. Today I got to be more of the process than the previous adventures (I had school and work so I showed up late). I am thankful for the opportunity to learn how to make salsa. I'm thankful for Emily for imparting her knowledge. And I'm super thankful she was willing to let us use her house, her camp stove, and her canning treasures. We couldn't have done it without her!! I'm thankful the store of salsa we have for the next year!
