Reality

I had a scary, scary, scary dream last night. I was in danger. And when the situation got out of control, I made myself wake up. I woke up in my room, safe and sound (although my heart was pounding and it took me a while to calm down and get back to sleep). I am thankful for the life that is my reality. And I'm thankful for the power my mind had to wake itself up!!
